What we deliver
Digital WatchMan is an online service. It works with the CCTV cameras and recorder you already have, and you use it through our mobile app and website. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there is no shipping charge and no courier delivery.
When the service starts
After a successful payment, your plan is switched on in your account, usually within a few minutes and at most within 30 minutes. You will see it under Plans in the app. If it is not active after 30 minutes, please contact us (details below) — do not pay again.
Exchange
Because the service is delivered online, there is nothing to exchange. You can change your plan or add features from your account. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our
Refund & Cancellation Policy.
