How do I start?

Tap a plan and tell us about your shop — we call you within one working day and set it up with you. Already have an account? Buy online in the DW app: sign in with your mobile number, add your camera and pay.

Which cameras work?

Most CCTV recorders (DVR/NVR) from Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua and others that give a video stream. We help you connect during setup.

Can I get my money back?

Yes — within 7 days of your first payment we refund the unused days, minus Razorpay’s fee. Once per customer; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Does it renew automatically?

Yes — plans renew automatically through the autopay you approve; we tell you before each renewal and you can turn automatic renewal off any time.
